Intent Matters

Intent is everything. But it’s something that we really lack in this speed, quantity world we live in. We are bombarded by messages of fear, concern and hate that we forget to use intent as a filter. There are so many areas we can improve our skills to success, working with others and ultimately some social peace, but no more underrated right now than intent. For many of us, the intent is always right, and others fail to recognize it
.
People get upset because someone is wrong, or disagree with them, but in many ways the intent matters. It doesn’t matter just a little bit, it matters a lot. It can get confusing, but the bottom line; you While you might not agree, heck, maybe you are even “right”, the good news is you can take it or leave it, but if you must judge them base it on the underlying intent
.
When we use headlines, micro messages, or stories stolen from the full narrative, it’s like reading one line of a 200 page book. It just doesn’t tell you anything relevant to the actual situation. Often times when I write, I feel that so many of us are doing a good job of these topics, but little reminders help us all. The idea of focusing on intent though seems lost, seems we are at a point where it is way too easy to judge, without putting your intent filter in first

#jkltip When you gossip, or analyze a situation, START by about intent, behind what occurred, because motivation is what really matters
